Placement Cell
A Placement Cell is an essential part of an educational institution, especially in colleges and universities. It acts as a bridge between students and the professional world by helping them secure job opportunities. The placement cell works closely with companies, industries, and organizations to organize recruitment drives, training sessions, and career guidance programs. It also prepares students for the hiring process by conducting workshops on resume writing, interview skills, aptitude tests, and personality development.
